Cleansing the eyes.
This area needs careful treatment, as eyelid skin is extremely thin and more sensitive to allergy and irritation. What is that whitehead?
A whitehead or milia is a slightly raised bump filled with white, solid material and trapped under a thin layer of skin. No cause is known and most will remain indefinitely until removed by nicking the lesion with the proper tool, then extruding with an extractor or proper squeezing. Leave it to the professionals!

Fight that acne!
Bacteria killing benzoyl perioxide and dead skin dissolving salycylic acid are effective acne-fighting ingredients. Layering them is even more effective for spot treating.

Complexion Breakout Culprits!
Many styling products for the hair contain emollients that rub off on the skin and clog pores, especially around the hairline. When applying gels, mousse, and sprays remember just a little dab will do! Concentrate most of the product on the scalp and away from the hairlines.

Foundation tip!
Apply foundation or powder with a damp sponge to acheive a thicker opague, no-show coverage yet still create that fresh, natural look.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, more than 71% of Americans get less than the recommended 8 hours of sleep a night. Sleep deprivation not only makes us look and feel awful it also can increase the risk for obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Make it a priority!

Guiltless Chocolate?
Go ahead and nibble on that dark chocolate! Cacao beans are full of antioxidants known as flavanoids which seem to reduce blood pressure and high cholesterol. Dark chocolate has a much higher content of cocoa than others so bypass the white & milk chocolate and nibble away!
